Refund policy

At Draftpick Apparel, we value your satisfaction with your purchase and aim to provide a hassle-free return and refund process. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in it's original condition, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable) and in its original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
We understand that sometimes items may arrive in less-than-perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products cannot be returned (such as special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We also cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping
To return an eligible item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us as we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged returns during transit.
