SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

FREE Standard Shipping on all orders $100+ to the US only. All other shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process based off of the shipping address and the weight of the package being sent.

After your payment is received and verified, we try to process all orders within 48 hours to ship out. It will then take an average of up to 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. Actual shipping time can vary based off the shipping speed you chose at checkout.

Please note: No orders will be processed after 2pm on Friday until Monday. Some deliveries may be impacted by inclement weather or high holiday volume.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Please note that shipping times will be longer than typical delivery inside the US (estimated 10-14 business days).

Do you provide tracking?

Yes, we do. After your order has shipped, please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

 

OUT OF STOCK

I would like to order an item but it's out of stock, when will it be available?

Our main goal is to always have our products available to purchase. Should an item be out of stock, our immediate intention is to restock as quickly as possible. Of course, that's always subject to change but we know how frustrating it can be to see something, want it, but to then find out it's not available as it's out of stock. Or, that your specific size is out of stock. We feel you. We do our best to announce any restocks on our social media outlets. But that's why you may want to take it a step further and sign up to our Clubhouse newsletter to stay up to date with anything and everything Draftpick. In addition, if you have a chance to pre-order a product, that essentially guarantees that you receive the item when they are in stock and ready to ship. Pre-ordering would be the quickest way to receive the item that you want that is currently out of stock.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

For returns of items purchased due to being unsatisfied or from the product not meeting your expectation, they can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your purchase in the US only. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any cost for return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable. Lost items are not refundable.

How do I return a product?

To process a return, please locate and have your original order number available. When ready, please email us and follow the instructions to process your return/exchange.

How do I know if my refund has been processed?

Once your return/exchange is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned/exchanged item. If the refund has been approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

What times are you open at?

Our hours are from Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm, excluding holidays. We are not currently open on the weekends.
